Christmas shopping usually starts off as a great way to kick off the holiday spirit, but ends with frustration and feeling like the Grinch.
Well, I’m here to say you can change that for the next years to come.
I love to Christmas shop. It can be a pain to figure out what everyone wants, but sometimes it just hits you like a ton of bricks.
However, my secret is to start shopping for Christmas on Dec. 26. Yes, I did say Dec. 26!
You see, most people are in such a rush before Christmas to get their shopping done, but I tend to shop all year for gifts. It is much easier, much cheaper and more convenient.
Think of all the knickknacks and winter wear that are on sale on Black Friday, then multiply that by 20, and your equation equals Dec. 26.
I’m not saying that it’s perfect for everyone on your list, but it’s great for the people who like Christmas-themed gifts. Plus, it’s a way to have some extra gifts ready for next year.
One thing I would look out for is buying video games or electronics because you know something bigger and better will be released in the next year.
Otherwise, keep that spirit and start shopping for everyone on next year’s Christmas list.
