Videos on YouTube
by Erica DePascale, a senior at North Penn High School
This just in: YouTube is taking over the world.
Ever since the writers strike began, BigFatguy487 has gotten more fame then the stars of "House."
Here are the videos everyone should know about:
- Grape Lady Falls:
In a real Fox News morning broadcast, a reporter and a winery/inn owner show viewers how grapes are made into wine. Idiotically, they stand in tubs on top of a wooden platform, and the owner’s bucket, of course, slips. Not only does she fall, but the noises she makes after provide the hilarity of the video. Think dying cat.
- Grape Lady Falls Music Video:
Someone extremely bored decided to make a remixed music video using the sounds the lady made after falling off of the wooden platform. It has words so you can sing along.
- Weatherman and the Cockroach:
In a Florida live news broadcast, the weatherman encounters a cockroach standing in front of the green screen. The effeminate weatherman is afraid of cockroaches. And three hours later the roach comes back for more.
- Any Jeff Dunham video:
Especially Achmed the dead terrorist. This ventriloquist is more than funny; his voices are so believable you won’t know who’s really talking.
- My Hands are Bananas:
Weird German guy with bananas as hands. What more could you ask for? This video isn't just weird; it's also utterly entertaining.
- Pickle Surprise:
When I first saw this video, the image of the scary pickle monster at the end stuck in my head for a good two days. But this phony commercial for who knows what is strange and hypnotizing.
- Soulja Boy Ballet:
Real video of a bunch of youngsters doing the popular Soulja Boy dance, ballet-style. Check out the little kid in the front; he’s the next Lil’ John.
- How to charge your iPod with an onion:
It really works! Some genius figured out how to use the electrolytes in Gatorade to charge your iPod.
- McNuggets 4:
Four little girls remixing the popular McDonalds McNuggets song. They even have the ketchup and mayo.
- Tuna Belly:
An Asian tuna commercial shows a pretty young girl walking in front of gawking men. Then, she enters an elevator, and as soon as the door closes, she lets the fart out.
